Get ready for thanksgiving with Pie! This class is designed for anyone and everyone, whether you're new to baking and want to learn more or you're just looking for a fun time with friends.
During this class we will be making a classic apple pie completely from scratch. I will lead you through making your own crust, preparing the filling and making a beautiful lattice top! At the end of class you will leave with a gorgeous apple pie that you can bake on thanksgiving and add to your table.
What you will learn during the 2 hour class:
• how to make buttery, flaky pie crust
• how to make tender, flavorful apple pie filing
• how to make a lattice style top
What is included:
• All ingredients needed
• A mixing bowl to take home
• A pie dish to take home
• Recipes for both crust and pie filling
• A beautiful, finished pie ready to bake
Please note that this is an in person class in Milford, CT. Tickets are non-refundable but if you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket you can transfer your ticket to a friend.
